Recommended for you: 1) ROOT-CAUSE DIAGNOSIS — you chased systemic issues end-to-end at Onto (data + controlled experiments, not guesses). 2) DOCUMENTATION & TEACHING — you turned fixes into standard procedures/training (GCMS reference-standard calibration). 3) TECHNICAL RANGE across materials + measurement — chemical engineering + ellipsometry/ICP-OES/GCMS. For each: name the strength, give ONE concrete example, say the result. Frame all three as 'this is what GPS is' — diagnosis, documentation, and materials/measurement depth. Avoid generic 'hardworking/team player' without proof.
