what is your biggest weakness interview
Pick ONE real, non-fatal weakness + the active step you take to manage it. NEVER say 'I work too hard' or 'I'm a perfectionist' (everyone sees through it). A good honest one for a GPS context: 'When I'm deep in a diagnosis I can spend too long pursuing root cause before stepping back — so I now set explicit checkpoints and time-box investigations, and I escalate earlier when a fix is needed faster.' That shows self-awareness AND a concrete management strategy AND it frames your strength (root-cause) as needing calibration. The interviewer wants honesty + a real coping mechanism, not a fake flaw.
